Upon returning to the dealership Ryan was with another customer and I was introduced to Steve Mitchell. Again I was treated with extreme professionalism and I finalised the purchase of my new car. Both Ryan and Steve finalised the paperwork and introduced me to Caz where she ran through finance, insurance and other options that OMG offered. The follow up leading to the day the vehicle was ready for collection was extremely professional and on the day of the delivery I was treated like a star with again exceptional good old fashion customer service !!! Outstanding customer service. Dropped in on a Saturday morning for parts not realising they didn’t open Saturday. Parts guy was in the yard and opened up just for us. Meanwhile, a very courteous salesman offered coffee or tea, a seat and use of their convenience while I waited for hubby. Wow…. Others could learn from these guys. We live in WA, if we lived here I would be choosing their dealership first. Thanks 😊
