This is my second RAM purchase from Paul Wakeling Motor Group, and there’s a good reason I came back. I recently picked up a TRX RAM from Jamie Gigg, Sales Manager, and once again the experience was faultless. Running a demanding manufacturing business, I simply don’t have time for the usual car sales games — and thankfully, Jamie and the team don’t offer that kind of service. Their approach is professional, straightforward, and true to their word. What they say, they do. No fluff, no mucking around — just honest service and smooth delivery. Jamie in particular is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend him and the team enough. If you're after a hassle-free experience and people who respect your time, this is the place to go.

I had to collect my car from this dealership on a friday evening at almost closing time. Ryan D at this dealership was extremely accommodating and provided excellent service. Despite our late arrival on a friday evening, he did not rush at all and provided a memorable and long lasting memory of collecting our car and also helped me on a drive home as I had to drop my family before coming back to collect my car. 100/100 for ryan. I cant believe good people like you exist in 2025.
